Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized In Room Dining Coordinator to join our Food amp Beverage team The IRD Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for all In-Room Dining orders and guest requests ensuring exceptional service standards efficient communication between departments and a seamless dining experience for our guests
Answer and process all In-Room Dining calls promptly professionally and courteously Accurately enter guest orders into the resort s point-of-sale system and communicate special requests to the culinary and service teams Coordinate the timely delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms while ensuring adherence to service standards Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings promotions ingredients and preparation methods Assist guests with menu recommendations and accommodate dietary requirements allergies and special requests Monitor order status and follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns Communicate effectively with Kitchen Stewarding Housekeeping Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth operations Maintain accurate records of orders billing and guest preferences Support departmental administrative tasks including reporting inventory coordination and menu updates as required Uphold Four Seasons service standards health and safety regulations and resort policies at all times
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in Food & Beverage, In-Room Dining, Restaurant Operations, or Guest Services within a luxury hotel environment preferred. Strong communication, telephone etiquette, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel POS systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong command of spoken and written English; additional language skills are an advantage. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
