Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, stores, or inventory roles within hospitality is preferred.

• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Verify quality, quantity, and condition of goods received.
• Record and process items in the inventory system accurately.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Finance, and operations on deliveries and discrepancies.
• Report damaged or missing items and follow up on resolutions.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of goods.
