Job summary

Rosewood Red Sea is seeking a Guest Services Manager to shape every stage of the guest journey from arrival through departure, as part of the pre-opening leadership team.

You will lead Concierge, Guest Relations, Bell/Valet and Transportation, set service standards, recruit and coach a high-performing team, and collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B to deliver seamless, ultra-luxury experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Guest Services operations, including Concierge, Guest Relations, Bell/Valet, and Transportation.
• Oversee guest arrival and departure experiences, ensuring personalized service and flawless execution at every touchpoint.
• Recruit, train, coach, and inspire a high-performing Guest Services team capable of delivering intuitive and anticipatory service.
• Implement and maintain service standards, operational procedures, and guest recognition programs aligned with Rosewood expectations.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Security, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Manage VIP arrivals, special requests, guest concerns, and service recovery situations with professionalism and care.
