Job summary

Rosewood Red Sea is seeking a Guest Services Associate – Front Office to be a warm, knowledgeable ambassador for our luxury property. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, handle requests, and maintain guest profiles with accuracy to ensure an outstanding stay.

You will collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Bell & Door, and Engineering teams to deliver seamless arrival-to-departure experiences while upholding Rosewood’s Relationship Hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or Guest Relations roles.
• Strong communication and guest interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
• Handle guest inquiries, preferences, and feedback with professionalism.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Promote resort facilities and services to guests.
• Maintain accurate guest records and cashiering procedures.
• Uphold confidentiality and operational standards.
