Job summary

Red Sea Global is seeking a Reception & Retail Specialist to be site-based at the luxury Red Sea destination. You will deliver an exceptional first impression, handle guest interactions, and manage front‑of‑house and retail operations to support premium experiences.

You will coordinate with instructors and operations staff, ensure accurate transactions, and maintain merchandising standards while helping optimize guest satisfaction and revenue in a high‑end setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality, retail, or front‑office operations.
• Demonstrated track record in sales and customer service delivery.
• Familiarity with reception and retail operational practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the Center Manager in day‑to‑day operations.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and well‑presented reception and retail environment.
• Deliver all sales transactions in a professional, accurate, and customer‑focused manner.
• Manage inventory planning, including pre‑opening stock preparation and long‑term retail forecasting.
• Oversee purchasing budgets and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
• Support operations across multiple sites, including remote work and on‑site visits as required.
