• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the menu to assist guests.
• Attending to customer complaints and queries satisfactorily.
• Ensure the Outlet is set-up for service and supervise operations.
• Direct and supervise the service team to meet standards.
• Ensure staff have adequate training to perform duties.
