Job summary

Qualification includes minimum 2 years in luxury hotel dining, strong English, and knowledge of POS systems; Arabic is a plus. This role emphasizes upselling, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury hotels, reputable restaurants, buffet or à la carte service.
• Basic knowledge of food, beverages, POS and food safety.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Previous IHG, luxury hotel or GCC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare assigned tables, service stations and restaurant areas before each service.
• Welcome guests, take orders, and enter them into the POS system.
• Provide professional service during breakfast, lunch, dinner and buffet operations.
• Upsell food, beverages and promotions to support revenue targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene according to HACCP and company standards.
