Responsibilities

• Plan and assign work to ensure right staffing numbers
• Coach and develop team with performance goals
• Train colleagues to meet compliance and standards
• Recommend or initiate HR actions when needed
• Ensure food & beverage equipment is operational and clean
• Maintain banquet/convention spaces stocked for business volume
• Notify engineering of maintenance needs
• Achieve guest satisfaction goals and handle guest requests/complaints
• Manage hotel F&B marketing programmes and promotions
• Review and approve menu concepts with Executive Chef
• Ensure safe storage of food and beverages and minimize waste
• Handle food, beverage inventory procedures and determine min/max stock
• Perform ad-hoc duties as needed
