In this role you will collaborate with Culinary and service colleagues, uphold hygiene and safety standards, participate in VIP amenities, and drive revenue through knowledgeable recommendations and courteous service.

Qualifications

• Explain menu items and dietary considerations clearly.
• Maintain professional grooming and appearance at all times.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service according to Rosewood brand standards, Forbes standards, and LQA requirements.
• Know menus, ingredients, beverages, and daily specials; upsell where appropriate.
• Accurately take and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Communicate guest allergies and dietary restrictions to the team.
• Maintain station mise en place and cleanliness; coordinate with Culinary.
