Rosewood Red Sea invites an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join its ultra-luxury dining team. You will deliver flawless food and beverage service, master the menu and beverage lists, and anticipate guest needs to create memorable experiences in a Forbes-standard environment.

In this role you will collaborate with Culinary and service colleagues, uphold hygiene and safety standards, participate in VIP amenities, and drive revenue through knowledgeable recommendations and courteous service.

Qualifications

• Deliver exceptional service in a luxury setting.
• Explain menu items and dietary considerations clearly.
• Maintain professional grooming and appearance at all times.

Responsabilités

• Deliver service according to Rosewood brand standards, Forbes standards, and LQA requirements.
• Know menus, ingredients, beverages, and daily specials; upsell where appropriate.
• Accurately take and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Communicate guest allergies and dietary restrictions to the team.
• Maintain station mise en place and cleanliness; coordinate with Culinary.
