Rosewood Red Sea is seeking an Order Taker for In-Villa Dining to deliver exceptional guest experiences through precise order handling and personalized service in a ultra-luxury environment.

You will be the primary contact for guests, accurately recording preferences, advising on menu selections, and coordinating with Culinary and operations to ensure timely fulfillment and seamless service.

Qualifications

• Provide outstanding guest service with accurate order handling.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menus, allergens, ingredients, and service timings.
• Record guest preferences and special requests precisely.
• Upsell and promote premium items to enhance guest experience.

Responsabilités

• Handle all In-Villa Dining calls promptly and professionally.
• Record orders with guest preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions.
• Coordinate with Culinary, In-Villa Dining, and other departments for timely delivery.
• Monitor orders from placement to delivery and update guests on status.
