Job summary

Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea is seeking a luxury hotel concierge to deliver anticipatory service and bespoke experiences for discerning guests. You will act as a trusted advisor, offering dining, entertainment, and exclusive local activity recommendations while coordinating with hotel departments to ensure flawless guest experiences.

The role requires 2–3 years in luxury concierge or guest relations, with Les Clefs d’Or eligibility highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a luxury hotel concierge or guest relations role.
• Les Clefs d’Or certification or eligibility is highly desirable.
• Exceptional knowledge of local destination and high-end clientele expectations.
• Proven ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver bespoke experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, anticipatory, and personalized service to all guests in accordance with Fairmont legendary service philosophy.
• Act as a trusted advisor to guests by offering expert recommendations for dining, entertainment, cultural experiences, transportation, and exclusive local attractions.
• Handle all guest requests efficiently, creatively, and discreetly, ensuring prompt follow-up and flawless execution.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of guest preferences and special occasions to personalize interactions.
