Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide courteous, professional, and efficient food and beverage service at all times.
Anticipate guest needs, preferences, and expectations to exceed satisfaction.
Present menus proactively and provide detailed explanations of dishes and beverages.
Maintain strong product knowledge including menu items, daily specials, and beverages.
Handle guest feedback professionally and report concerns to the Manager on Duty.
Serve and clear food and beverage items in a timely and unobtrusive manner.
