Raffles The Red Sea in Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned Butler/Front Office leader to deliver ultra-luxury service across villas and suites. You will lead guest interactions from pre-arrival to departure, ensuring flawless hospitality.

The role requires 4–6 years in luxury hospitality, a Bachelor’s in hospitality management, and a passion for personalized experiences; pre-opening experience is highly desirable and English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with Butler service or Front Office management experience.
• Fluent in English; Arabic and other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for guests, providing personalized assistance from pre-arrival to departure.
• Oversee in-villa and suite guest arrivals and departures with seamless service.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Housekeeping, and Concierge teams to elevate guest experiences.
