Job summary

Raffles The Red Sea seeks a poised Concierge/Greet role to welcome guests at the airport terminal, coordinating arrival details and ensuring a seamless first impression for our ultra-luxury guests.

You will work closely with the Chief Concierge, Front Office and Butler teams, managing VIP arrivals, luggage handling, and transport coordination in a high-end setting at the Red Sea project. A background in Bell/Door services is preferred and comfort with English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience: at least 2 years in a 5-star hotel environment, preferably Bell or Door services.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy luggage.
• Deep familiarity with airport terminal layouts and hotel facilities to answer guest inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily guest arrival list and flight details to ensure a presence at the terminal.
• Greet guests at arrival hall with a personalized signboard and use guest's name.
• Coordinate with Chief Concierge to ensure correct number of hotel cars and standards.
• Assist guests with baggage from carousel to vehicle with care.
• Inform Front Office and Butler teams when VIP guests are en route and maintain relationships with airport staff.
• Act as frontline problem-solver for delays, missing luggage, or transport issues and report to Chief Concierge.
