Job summary

SLS The Red Sea in Umluj, on Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast, is seeking a dedicated Bell Captain to lead the Bell Desk team. You will welcome guests from arrival to departure, coordinate luggage handling, and collaborate with Concierge, Front Office, and Valet teams to deliver a seamless guest journey.

This role requires hands-on leadership, excellent English communication, and a strong eye for detail in a luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Bell Desk, Front Office, Concierge, or Guest Services at a luxury resort.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
Excellent English communication; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar hospitality technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily Bell Desk operations across guest arrivals and departures.
Maintain a visible presence in the lobby, driveway, and resort arrival areas.
Personally welcome and assist guests during arrival and departure.
Oversee luggage handling, tagging, storage, and delivery.
Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Valet teams to support arrivals and room moves.
Provide information about resort facilities, dining venues, activities, and destination highlights.
Ensure safety, security, and proper record-keeping for luggage.
