Job summary

SLS The Red Sea is seeking a Night Manager (Saudi National) to lead overnight hotel operations, ensuring the distinctive SLS experience continues through the night. You will oversee the night team, manage guest interactions, and coordinate with departments to maintain safety and service excellence.

The role requires a degree in Hospitality Management (or related field) and at least 3 years in Front Office with supervisory experience, with strong English and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in Front Office operations, with a supervisory/leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight hotel operations, ensuring service, safety, and standards.
• Act as the senior management representative during the night shift and main point of contact.
• Lead the overnight team and coordinate with departments for smooth operations.
• Oversee night audit procedures, earnings review, and late arrivals/departures.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery, ensuring proper follow-up.
