Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor daily logistics operations, including shipping, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
  • Handle import/export documentation and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work closely with procurement to ensure stock availability.
  • Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays or damages.
  • Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and prepare regular reports.
  • Develop relationships with logistics providers and negotiate contracts when needed.
  • Managing high-volume customer orders on e-commerce platforms.
  • Coordinating same-day delivery and last-mile logistics operations.
  • Tracking and monitoring order fulfillment from purchase to delivery.
  • Optimizing delivery routes and schedules for efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Procurement, Sales) to ensure smooth fulfillment.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, shipping procedures, and international trade compliance.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
