Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HRBP experience in Logistics, Express Delivery, or Supply Chain.
• Proven full-cycle recruitment, attendance auditing, payroll inputs, and field ER experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and operational workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, source, screen, and onboard couriers, field staff, and operations roles.
• Attendance auditing and system checks (GAIA/BS), verify mispunches vs CCTV, dispatch reports.
• Payroll support: reconcile deductions, process monthly increases, settlements.
• Employee relations & probation: 3-month reviews, grievances, onboarding/offboarding.
• HR reporting: maintain master data, update contracts, monthly audits.
