Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3–5+ years in express delivery, last‑mile logistics, or supply chain roles.
• Proven ability to lead large teams across multiple sites.
• Strong proficiency with WMS/TMS, MS Excel, and data analytics.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other regional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including pickup, sorting, transportation, and last‑mile delivery.
• Monitor branch/hub activities to meet targets and SLAs.
• Plan routes and dispatch schedules to reduce transit times and costs.
• Lead supervisors, couriers, and fleet personnel; manage staffing and shifts.
• Ensure SOPs, safety rules, POD, inventory controls and regulatory compliance.
