3 Point HRM in Medina, Saudi Arabia is seeking a logistics officer to manage shipment bookings, documentation, and customs clearance for inbound and outbound consignments.

The role requires coordinating with carriers, CHAs/CHS and customers, ensuring on-time delivery, accurate invoicing, and reliable MIS/ERP updates. Experience with temperature-controlled shipments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating shipments and logistics operations.
• Familiarity with documentation, invoicing, and HS codes for international shipments.
• Ability to work with ERP systems and generate reports.

Responsabilités

• Plan and book inbound and outbound shipments with LSPs against orders and supply plans.
• Prepare and check invoices, packing lists, AWB / BL, certificates and HS codes for KSA and India.
• Coordinate clearance with CHAs / CHS and customs until release; chase issues the same day.
• Track shipments end to end, flag delays early and monitor temperature-controlled consignments.
• Share delivery updates, collect proof of delivery and resolve queries; escalate when needed.
• Verify LSP / CHA invoices against agreed rates and support savings tracking.
• Maintain trackers and ERP entries; prepare weekly OTIF, transit and cost reports.
