Job summary

3 Point Hrm is seeking a seasoned logistics professional to own end-to-end operations, including outbound/inbound flows and full customs clearance across India, KSA, and international lanes. You will drive cost savings and service excellence, leveraging a strong CHAs/CHS network and Incoterms expertise.

The role demands deep knowledge of India-KSA trade, plus ERP proficiency and a robust local and international LSP network.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end logistics, preferably pharma or regulated products.
• Education aligned to commerce with advanced business qualifications recommended.
• Strong knowledge of India and KSA trade and Incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end logistics - outbound inbound where necessary and full customs clearance across India KSA and international lanes.
• End-to-end logistics control with outbound and inbound operations and customer management.
• Manage customs clearance end to end with CHAs CHS documentation and release in KSA and India.
• Apply India, KSA and global trade know-how and Incoterms to choose mode, route and terms.
• Tender, negotiate and score local and international LSPs; develop local LSPs; E2E responsibility on Cold Chain.
• Drive savings across freight, customs and handling through consolidation, lane and mode optimization.
• Align shipments with Supply Planning, Procurement and CMOs to meet commitments.
• ERP-based tracking and dashboards on cost, transit time and service levels.

The role controls logistics operations and customer delivery builds a strong local and international LSP network and drives cost savings and service excellence for oncology patients.

End-to-end logistics control Own outbound and inbound where necessary operations with full control of execution and customer management.

Customs clearance Manage clearance end to end with CHAs CHS documentation classification duties and release in KSA and India.

International trade Apply deep IndiaKSA and global logistics know-how and Incoterms to choose the right mode route and terms.

LSP network amp development Tender negotiate and score local and international LSPs develop and grow local LSPs E2E responsibility on Cold Chain secured products.

Cost saving Drive savings across freight customs and handling through consolidation lane and mode optimization.

Customer amp plan alignment Align with Supply Planning Procurement and CMOs so shipments meet commitments.

Data amp visibility ERP-based tracking and dashboards on cost transit time and service levels.

Experience: 67 years in logistics / EXIM, ideally pharma or regulated products. Education: Graduate / Masters in commerce; MBA preferred. Domain: complete know-how of India and KSA trade, international logistics and Incoterms; hands‑on with CHAs and CHS. Network: strong local and international LSP network. Technical: strong Excel, ERP, logistics and supply chain planning.
