ACCOR in Medina invites a luxury butler to join its esteemed team. The role focuses on warm welcome, anticipatory service, and discreet handling of special arrangements for demanding guests.

The candidate will coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B to ensure flawless experiences, while upholding confidentiality and impeccable grooming standards in a high-end setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 0–2 years in luxury hospitality or as a butler.
• Supervisory experience in managing a team of service professionals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of etiquette and Middle Eastern customs advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Turkish or French; Arabic desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Superior time management and multitasking abilities
• In-depth knowledge of etiquette, protocol, and luxury service standards
• Familiarity with Middle Eastern customs and etiquette is highly advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Professional butler certification is a plus
• Fluency in English and either Turkish or French is required. Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
