Job summary

Sofitel in Saudi Arabia is seeking experienced luxury butlers to deliver personalized, high-touch service to guests. The role requires coordinating with multiple departments to ensure seamless, high-standard experiences while upholding discretion and confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in luxury hospitality, leadership experience, and fluency in English; Arabic is highly desirable. Flexibility for varied shifts including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a luxury hospitality butler or similar role.
• Proven supervisory experience leading a team of service professionals.

• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Superior time management and multitasking abilities
• In-depth knowledge of etiquette, protocol, and luxury service standards
• Familiarity with Middle Eastern customs and etiquette is highly advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Professional butler certification is a plus
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
