Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience as a butler or in a similar luxury hospitality role.
• Proven supervisory experience managing a team of service professionals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for guest interaction.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities for staff development.
• Proficiency in household management software and MS Office suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Superior time management and multitasking abilities in a luxury setting.
• Knowledge of etiquette, protocol, and luxury service standards.
• Familiarity with Middle Eastern customs is advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Hospitality preferred; Butler certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English and either Turkish or French; Arabic desirable.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
