Job Responsibilities
LEAP Night
  • Develop the full LEAP Nights event program, including themes, concepts, schedules
  • Build event frameworks, timelines, and run‑of‑show documents
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Partnerships, Production, Content, Commercial, Operations) to align on objectives and deliverables
  • Tailor event concepts and experiences with third‑party partners to meet strategic goals
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all LEAP Nights partners, venues, suppliers, and hospitality groups
  • Conduct meetings and negotiate proposals with top DMCs in Riyadh to discuss partnership packages and collaborative opportunities
  • Coordinate approvals, design assets, F&B requirements, entertainment, and logistics with partners for events executed by LEAP Nights team
  • Manage relationships with restaurants, hospitality venues, sponsors, and government stakeholders across all event components
  • Oversee invitations, guest list management, access control, branding installation, production setup, and event flow
  • Follow up on all deliverables with internal and external teams
  • Conduct site visits, walkthroughs, and technical checks ahead of each event
LEAP Connect
  • Oversee LEAP Connect operations in coordination with the commercial team and sponsors
  • Manage session allocation, ensuring the right delegates are matched with relevant topics and discussions
  • Ensure that sponsor expectations and session requirements are met and that attendees receive a high‑value experience
  • Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders
  • Maintain and update tracking tools (SharePoint, Airtable, Swapcard)
  • Produce post‑event evaluations, KPI reports
  • Oversee invitations, guest list management, access control, branding installation, production setup, and event flow
  • Ensure all event requirements (F&B, AV, security, staffing, décor) are delivered to specification
  • Follow up on all deliverables with internal and external teams
Qualifications
  • Experience in planning and managing large‑scale events, including developing themes, schedules and timelines
  • Strong coordination skills with the ability to work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Partnerships, Production, Content, Commercial, Operations)
  • Ability to work with third‑party partners, restaurants, venues, and suppliers, including handling approvals, F&B, entertainment, and logistics
  • Comfortable meeting with DMCs, negotiating partnership packages, and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Skilled in guest list management, invitations, access control, branding setup, production, and overall event flow
  • Able to conduct site visits, walkthroughs, and technical checks to ensure event readiness
  • Experience supporting fringe events and ensuring alignment with LEAP standards
  • Capable of overseeing LEAP Connect operations, including session allocation, sponsor coordination, and delegate matching
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide updates, follow up on deliverables, and prepare post‑event reports
