Job summary

YAX is seeking an experienced Community & Entertainment Manager to lead entertainment integration and develop inclusive, festival-style programming for large-scale events in Riyadh. You will coordinate with internal teams and local stakeholders to shape main-stage and common-area experiences across at least two live seasons.

You will develop multi-week calendars, manage content rotations, and personally oversee programming components for high-quality delivery while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Professional English required; Japanese and Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own entertainment integration for community and festival programming.
• Develop and manage multi-week programming calendars, content rotations, and venue delivery.
• Produce and oversee programming components for live events across at least two seasons.
• Coordinate community events and on-site experiences from planning through delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with community groups, venues, suppliers, performers and partners.
• Collaborate with event, marketing, operations, and production teams to align programming and schedules.
• Manage briefs, schedules, budgets, agreements, and operational plans with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure activities are inclusive and accessible for audiences.
• Monitor delivery, resolve on-site issues, and coordinate follow-up with teams and partners.
• Gather feedback, evaluate outcomes, and suggest improvements for future seasons.
• Maintain records and progress updates for community and entertainment activities.
