Job summary

THA Venues, Parks & Resorts seeks a senior Community and General Entertainment Integration Manager to lead festival programming in Riyadh for two major events in 2027. You will design calendars, main stage programmes, and space planning for fan zones, family activities and exclusive moments, ensuring the lineup stays fresh from start to finish.

You will coordinate with planning and operations teams, produce multi-week programming calendars and maintain live change logs, while meeting the demands

Qualifications

• 8+ years in entertainment, community or festival programming at senior levels.
• Experience with multi-week festival calendars and main stage programs.
• Proven ability to produce live programming calendars.

Responsibilities

• Programme the festival's common areas including the main stage and hero content, coordinating with the Masterplan team for space planning.
• Programme community activities, fan zones, family and general entertainment, with rotating content and exclusive moments for broad audiences.
• Plan content rotations for a multi-week season and develop calendars balancing consistency with novelty, scheduling weekly highlights and exclusives.
• Provide planning teams with throughput, space and staffing implications; collaborate with operations masterplan and crowd management for safe delivery.
• Maintain the live programme change log and ensure updates are tracked and aligned across all workstreams.
• Demonstrate at least 8 years of senior-level experience in entertainment/festival programming, with multi-week calendars and hands-on production.
• Background in large, multi-week festivals or fan-focused events; English required, Japanese/Arabic preferred.
• Working conditions: full-time exclusive; mobilise within 48 hours; on site in Riyadh for summer 2027 (July–August) and November 2027.
