Job summary

YAX is seeking an experienced sponsorship professional to lead partnership development for large-scale live events in Riyadh. The role focuses on building relationships with brands, developing sponsorship opportunities, and coordinating activation plans with internal teams to deliver measurable sponsor value and engaging audience experiences.

The position is a 14-month contract based in Riyadh, with 8+ years of sponsorship and event management experience. English is required; Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sponsorship, partnerships, business development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sponsorship strategies that support event objectives, audience needs, and commercial targets.
• Identify and pursue prospective sponsors and strategic partners, building a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective sponsors, agencies, and external stakeholders.
• Develop sponsorship proposals, presentations, packages, and materials tailored to partner objectives.
