Job summary

Unilever in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is hiring a Logistics Exports Coordinator to manage export documentation and act as the single point of contact with planners, freight forwarders, and customs agents. The role focuses on reducing lead times and minimizing errors through process optimization and KPI-driven performance.

You will handle monthly forecasts, container bookings, schedules, invoices, and coordination with 3PLs and supplier payments, ensuring accurate documentation for export shipments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Excellent communication skills.
• FMCG industry background.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecast and share with service provider at the beginning of the month.
• Export container bookings and securing.
• Plan monthly/weekly/daily export schedule.
• Coordinate container loading and share loading details for documentation.
• Coordinate with CS team daily to verify orders and correct clubbing.
• Create Proforma Invoices for received orders and assess risks.
• Manage all 3PLs to meet KPIs and LT.
• Maintain and share trackers with stakeholders.
• Ensure provisions are made in advance for suppliers.
• Review supplier SOA monthly and ensure timely payments to SP.
• Handle invoicing queries from Vendors and documentation for Arabia and road exports.

Also, to drive process optimization of all day-to-day activities related to documentation for improving lead-time and reducing errors and documents misplacement. Fully responsible for process KPIs, lead-time analysis and business waste related to documentation.This role reports directly to KSA Logistics supervisor.You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.Because here, we don’t just hire for jobs. We invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Preparing the monthly forecast and share to service provider at the beginning of the month.* Export Container Bookings and Securing.* Planning Monthly /weekly/daily export schedule. Starting containers pull out, loading and sharing loading details to service providers for documentation.* Connecting with CS team on daily basis to verify the orders in system, corrections on clubbing to the received orders. Proforma Invoice creation for received orders.
