Job summary

pladis Global is seeking an Export Operations professional in Riyadh to manage end-to-end export processes for land and sea shipments across GCC. The role requires handling documentation, regulatory compliance, and coordination with freight forwarders and authorities.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in export logistics, strong ERP/Smartsheet experience, and a detail-oriented, proactive approach to risk and paperwork.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Export Operations, Logistics, or International Trade.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or International Trade.

Responsibilities

• Handle land and sea exports, including GCC cross-border shipments.
• Prepare proforma invoices and export shipping documents.
• Coordinate export insurance declarations and government portal filings.
• Verify freight forwarder invoices and track shipments.
• Maintain data accuracy using Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
• Collaborate with internal teams, freight forwarders, and authorities.

• 3-5 years of experience in Export Operations, Logistics, or International Trade.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi export regulations, SFDA processes, COO/HC legalization, and customs procedures.
• Experience handling land and sea exports, including GCC cross border shipments.
• Hands-on experience with export documentation, insurance declarations, and government portals.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and export tracking tools.
• Proficiency in: Proforma Invoice preparation and Export Shipping documents, Export Insurance Declaration, Export trackers & Smartsheet, Freight forwarder invoice verification.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data accuracy).
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Strong communication with internal teams, freight forwarders, and government authorities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset and ownership of end-to-end export processes.
• Customer-centric approach with proactive follow-up.
