pladis is seeking an Export Specialist to manage end-to-end export operations in Saudi Arabia, ensuring full regulatory compliance for Saudi and international trade. You will coordinate with internal teams, freight forwarders, and government authorities to deliver accurate documentation and timely shipments.
You will handle land and sea exports, COO/HC legalization, and reporting while maintaining export trackers and ensuring data accuracy in Smartsheet.

Must‑Have Experience : 3–5 years of experience in Export Operations, Logistics, or International Trade. Strong knowledge of Saudi export regulations, SFDA processes, COO/HC legalization, and customs procedures. Experience handling land and sea exports, including GCC cross‑border shipments. Hands‑on experience with export documentation, insurance declarations, and government portals. Familiarity with Smartsheet, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and export tracking tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or International Trade.
