Job summary

Leading hardware solutions provider seeks an Account Sales Manager to manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities. You will understand customer needs, develop tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure premium customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, fluency in Arabic and English, and willingness to travel for regular client visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in sales or account management in IT hardware/technology solutions.
• Proven ability to manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing customer accounts to increase sales and hit targets.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand the customer base in line with growth strategy.
• Build and maintain strong professional and long-term relationships with key customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions that meet their business needs.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales opportunities.
• Follow up on customer requirements, quotations, orders, and sales activities to ensure a smooth process.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Technical Support, Customer Service and other departments for the best customer experience.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information within the CRM system.
• Prepare regular reports on account performance and opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
