Job summary

Rawaj HCM Jobs is seeking an Account Sales Manager to manage and grow existing customer accounts while securing new business opportunities. You will understand client needs, tailor solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in business or marketing, at least 3 years in sales or account management (IT hardware or tech preferred), fluent in Arabic and English, with strong negotiation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably IT hardware/technology solutions.
• Proven experience in managing existing customer accounts and developing new business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Arabic and English fluency, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Willingness and ability to work in the field and conduct regular customer visits.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing customer accounts to increase sales volume and achieve targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, professional, long-term relationships with key customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales opportunities.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, and sales activities to ensure a smooth process.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Technical Support, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure best customer experience.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information within the CRM system.
• Prepare regular reports on account performance and opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to strengthen relationships.
