Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Junior Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing customer accounts, driving sales growth, conducting market mapping, relationship management, and ensuring seamless order execution within the hardware and building materials market in KSA.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customer accounts within the hardware and building materials sector Manage existing accounts to maximize sales opportunities and strengthen client relationships Achieve and exceed sales targets as set by management Conduct regular market mapping and competitor analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with contractors retailers and distributors Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery Prepare and present periodic sales reports forecasts and market feedback to management Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry developments Attend trade shows exhibitions and relevant industry events as required

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in the hardware and/or building materials sector in KSA (mandatory)
• Thorough understanding of local market trends, players, and customer segments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• A valid KSA driving license is required
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories and branches as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Preferred Experience:Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in hardware/building materials within KSA
• Existing network of customers or industry contacts in KSA
• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office Suite
