Job summary

Client of Gulf Workforce in the Riyadh region seeks an experienced Sales Manager to manage key accounts and drive growth in building materials, sanitary ware, safety products, and related goods.

You will develop coverage across retail outlets, identify new opportunities, coordinate order processing with internal teams, and work to exceed revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant sales experience in building materials trading or related industry.
• Experience in building materials, sanitary ware, safety products, hardware, tools, retail, or trading preferred.
• MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
• GCC market experience, particularly Saudi Arabia, an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability in business development and key account management.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated and commercially focused.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing delivery and customer service.
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer requirements to identify potential business opportunities.
• Negotiate with customers and support the development of commercially viable sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions sales activities and business opportunities.
