You will oversee viennoiserie, desserts, and plating quality, ensuring strict FIFO, labeling, and shelf-life controls while mentoring junior staff and stepping up when needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years pastry experience in fine dining.
• 2–3 years as Chef de Partie Pastry or senior pastry cook.
• English fluency mandatory; French or European language advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute classic and contemporary pastry techniques with presentation.
• Mentor and develop the pastry team; lead in Head Pastry Chef's absence.
• Plan daily production; monitor shelf life; FIFO and labeling.
• Maintain hygiene and quality; keep workspace compliant.
• Monitor stock levels; manage portions; minimize waste.
