Qualifications

• English fluency is mandatory and additional European language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Execute classic and contemporary pastry techniques with precision and presentation
• Lead and mentor the pastry team; maintain discipline during busy services
• Plan daily production; monitor shelf life; enforce FIFO and labeling standards
• Ensure hygiene, taste, texture, and visual appeal; keep workspace clean and compliant
• Monitor stock levels, manage portion controls, and minimize waste while safeguarding quality
