Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of dedicated pastry experience.
• 2 to 3 years serving as a Chef de Partie Pastry or senior pastry cook in fine dining.
• English fluency is mandatory; French or another European language is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Execute classic and contemporary pastry techniques with precision and presentation.
• Lead and mentor the pastry team, maintain discipline during busy services.
• Plan daily production, monitor shelf life, and uphold FIFO and labeling standards.
• Ensure all items meet taste, texture, and visual standards while maintaining cleanliness and safety.
• Monitor stock levels, manage portions, and minimize waste while safeguarding food costs.
