Your mission is to help Koinz grow by acquiring restaurant partners, starting conversations, and turning leads into partnerships. You’ll travel to meet owners and decision-makers, manage your pipeline, and contribute to a bigger, stronger restaurant network.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Service, Retail, or F&B.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable starting conversations with new people.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential restaurant and F&B partners through calls, messages, and visits.
• Build relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers.
• Introduce Koinz and communicate how our platform can add value to their business.
• Manage your leads, follow up consistently, and keep the CRM updated.
• Conduct meetings, support negotiations, and help bring new partners onto Koinz.
