Calo Inc. is seeking a Q-Commerce Lead in Riyadh to own performance across restaurant aggregators and marketplaces, driving online sales and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Q-Commerce, food delivery platforms, or e-commerce.
• Proven experience managing food delivery aggregators such as Talabat, HungerStation, Jahez, Deliveroo, Careem, or similar.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience owning online sales and KPIs.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own Calo's restaurant presence across leading food delivery platforms.
• Drive online sales by optimizing menus, pricing, promotions, bundles, add-ons, keywords, and visibility.
• Improve order volume, AOV, repeat purchases, ratings, and delivery performance.
• Partner with Operations and Dispatch to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Own Calo's packaged product presence across Calo Market and marketplaces.
• Optimize assortment, merchandising, pricing, promotions, hero products, and category performance.
• Increase basket size and discovery through data-driven merchandising.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure availability and accuracy.
• Own the commercial performance and growth strategy across all Q-Commerce channels.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with aggregator partners and negotiate campaigns.
• Monitor and report on revenue, order volume, AOV, and platform metrics.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Partner with Marketing to execute promotional calendars and launches.
• Translate performance into actionable insights and recommendations.
