Job summary

Ninja in Riyadh is seeking an Incubation Specialist to help our restaurant partners grow with us. You will own partner relationships, spot growth opportunities, and drive campaigns to ensure partners perform at their best.

Responsibilities include increasing orders and revenue and improving day-to-day operations. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with Arabic and English speakers and using data dashboards to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or E-commerce.
• Experience in FoodTech, F&B, hospitality, or online delivery.
• Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data and performance dashboards.
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Arabic & English.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
