Job summary

Shipa Delivery is seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Executive to support growth in the Saudi market. You will assist with lead generation, client acquisition, and maintaining relationships with existing customers in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role emphasizes learning, teamwork, and effective communication while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and timely service delivery. 0–2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong interest in sales, client management, and relationship building.
• Exposure to e-commerce, retail, logistics, or B2B environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the business development team in promoting company services.
• Assist in identifying potential customers and generating new leads.
• Help build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Support new customer onboarding and coordinate with internal teams.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Maintain and update sales activities, follow-ups, and customer data using CRM or internal systems.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Participate in meetings, site visits, and networking activities as required.
• Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
