Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in business development, market research, management consulting, or corporate analytics; GCC/KSA preferred.
Familiarity with target sectors: Logistics, Healthcare, Aviation, Infrastructure, or Technology/Data Centers.
Strong understanding of KSA market landscape, government procurement tendencies, and corporate protocols.
Excellent MS PowerPoint and Excel skills; strong written and verbal communication; English fluent; Arabic helpful for local mapping.

Responsibilities

Market Intelligence & Opportunity Qualification: identify expansion opportunities within core target sectors.
Deliver Actionable Insights: develop market scans, benchmarks, and trend analyses to support decisions.
Pitch & Proposal Management: create content and coordinate design; draft briefing notes, pitch decks, and proposals.
Commercial Bid Support: provide end-to-end support for complex proposals and pilots.
Pipeline Management & Operations: maintain BD momentum; manage follow-up tracking systems and post-meeting actions.
Stakeholder Mapping: develop maps to track decision-makers across public and private sectors in KSA.
Cross-Functional Alignment: coordinate inputs across OpCos for a unified BD pipeline.
