Job summary

Al-Nahda Educational Institution in Riyadh seeks an IT Specialist to join our Information Technology department. You will provide end-user support, install and maintain IT equipment, troubleshoot systems, and manage user accounts to ensure secure, efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has a degree in IT/CS and 1+ year of hands-on IT experience, with strong networking, security, and Office productivity skills. This on-site role supports daily operations and partner coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Systems Administration.
• Solid knowledge of operating systems, hardware installation, and user account management.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, connectivity troubleshooting, and IT security.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support and Help Desk assistance to staff and end-users.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, software, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and directory services according to company policies.
• Monitor network infrastructure and assist with connectivity troubleshooting and system updates.
• Document technical incidents, solutions, and maintain IT asset inventories.
• Ensure compliance with information security policies and coordinate with third-party technology vendors.
