Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of operating systems, hardware configuration, and user account management.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of information security practices.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily Help Desk and IT Support to staff and end-users.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, software, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and network-related issues.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and directory services according to policies.
• Monitor network infrastructure and perform basic connectivity troubleshooting.
• Assist with system updates and routine IT maintenance.
• Document technical incidents, troubleshooting procedures, and resolutions.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and equipment records.
• Support compliance with information security policies.
• Coordinate with third-party technology vendors when required.
• Provide professional customer service and technical assistance to users.
