Flip retail in Jeddah is seeking a dedicated IT Engineer to provide first-line user support, handle helpdesk tickets, and assist both on-site and remote colleagues. You will diagnose issues, apply fixes, and document steps to improve service delivery.

Responsibilities include hardware setup (PCs, laptops, printers, phones), network upkeep (DHCP, DNS, VLANs, TCP/IP), software evaluation, and end-user training.

• Provides first-line assistance for users, handling tickets and email/phone requests.
• Diagnoses issues, applies fixes, and documents steps for future reference.
• Supports on-site and remote users; maintains confidentiality of data.

• Handle helpdesk tickets and user inquiries throughout the day.
