• 1–2 years of IT support experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office.
• Good networking basics and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with hotel systems such as PMS and POS is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to hotel staff and resolve IT issues promptly.
• Maintain IT infrastructure including computers, printers, phones, Wi-Fi, and network equipment.
• Support hotel systems such as PMS and POS, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Install, configure, and update computers, devices, and software per company standards.
• Assist with backups, antivirus updates, and security checks.
• Keep records of IT assets, tickets, and maintenance activities.
• Set up IT equipment for meetings and events; assist guests with in-room tech.
• Assist with system upgrades and new-user provisioning.
• Follow IT policies and train staff on system use and best practices.
