Job summary

Jisr in Riyadh is looking for a motivated Helpdesk Trainee to support employees with day-to-day IT issues and to develop technical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

As an entry-level role, you will assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and access-related problems, manage user accounts, install basic software, and document solutions while learning from the IT team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or Information Systems or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of IT support experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to employees and help resolve basic technical issues.
• Respond to helpdesk requests through the ticketing system and follow up until resolution.
• Troubleshoot common hardware, software, network, and access issues.
• Assist employees with laptop, monitor, headset, printer and other IT equipment issues.
• Support user account setup, password resets and access requests.
• Install and configure basic software and applications.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT team when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of IT requests, issues and solutions.
• Assist with IT asset tracking and equipment handover.
• Follow IT policies, security procedures and company guidelines.
