Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in computer science or IT or equivalent.
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
• Basic Linux knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to IT systems to help meet business goals with high uptime.
• As a desktop engineer, assemble and install client desktops and assist end users.
• Hands-on support for IT teams on hardware, software, and network queries.
• Support daily technical activities for computers and end point devices.
• Update support tickets with progress.
• Set up and test desktop computer peripherals.
• Perform system changes per organizational policies.
• Remote desktop troubleshooting with ticket documentation.
• Maintain technical documentation with other departments.
