Job summary

Atlas Copco in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to drive digital sales growth and manage opportunities across the Saudi market.

You will qualify and follow up leads, maintain CRM records, coordinate with Sales Engineers, and travel across the region to pursue new business opportunities.

The role requires a mechanical or electrical engineering background, 1–2 years in sales or related roles, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years in sales, inside sales, or related commercial role.
• Experience with industrial equipment or compressors preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for digital customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed annual digital sales targets.
• Qualify, manage, and follow up on leads through the sales pipeline.
• Create and maintain opportunities in the CRM and ensure accurate tracking.
• Support customers with product inquiries and coordinate with Sales Engineers.
• Travel across Saudi Arabia to conduct outbound sales activities.
